Operating across a variety of entities from the public, private, royal and governmental, my specialist focus is strategy, funding and creative partnerships. I do this by managing key relationships and teams to optimise their potential, ensuring the pieces are in place to bring the best ideas / performances / products to fruition.

I run Studio Reith, a boutique strategy agency serving businesses, non profits, donors and artists.

I am a Trustee for Balletboyz Ltd and Good Chance Theatre. I have lived and worked in London, New York and California, managing teams from commercial to technical.

In 2022 I was proud to be a member of the senior executive team delivering HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant, a live show in London with a cast of 10,000 in June 2022, broadcast by the BBC to 1bn globally.
